The machine was designed for packaging low fluidity and solid
particle-free paste. It has a pneumatic transmission system with a reliable operation
being ensured. The machine is controlled by a computer with an easy operation and
adjustment being provided. It can automatically finish the processes of pouch forming,
filling, dosing, sealing, cutting, and date printing, etc. The filling and dosing are realized by the use of a volume plunger
type constant delivery pump and a rotary valve. The machine adopts the eye mark checking device in the packaging
period to guarantee the provision of a beautiful and complete
pattern. The date is printed by the use of ribbon hot print technology, the
printing is clear and stable. The machine is capable for the composite films such as PE/PA/PET,
PE/PA, PE/PET, PE/BOPP, PE/AL/PET, etc. Main applications: The machine is suitable for solid particle-free paste such as fruit
jams, paste, condiments and chemical products as well. |
